Netiq Access Manager Severe alerts cannot be acknowledged.

Environment

NetIQAccess Management 3.2
NetIQAccess Management 3.2 IR1
NetIQAccess Management 3.2 SP1
NetIQAccess Manager IDP component
NetIQAccess Manager SSLVPN component

Situation

When trying to acknowledge severe alerts for the IDP or SSLVPN component it throws the error:
"Error Acknowledging Alerts"

There is no way to get rid of the alerts.

Resolution

Reported to engineering and a fix will be available in 3.2 SP1 IR1 which will ship around February the Th 2013 time frame
