Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1

Situation

Microsoft's OS merges existing RDP session (user did not logout) to new session (same SID) for ZCM login.
Thousands of errors on bundles on user profile occur in the debug logs after the OS merges the user sessions.
Thousands of errors on printer policy on user profile occur in the debug logs after the OS merges the user sessions.

Cause

When UAC is enabled on Win 7 or later devices, Windows OS is providing limited LUID or invalid LUID sometimes to ZENworks Credential Provider, but always notifies ZMD service it is the elevated LUID.

Additional Information

If the user logs out of the RDP session and does a new login, the errors on the bundles and printer policy do not occur.
