SecureLogin Firefox extension not installed unless Firefox has been previously launched

Environment

Novell SecureLogin
NSL7.0.3 HF3
Firefox 13.0.1
Firefox 16.0.2
Firefox is present on the workstations, but has never been launched.

Situation

SecureLogin does not work with Firefox
SLoMoz extension not installed unless FF has been previously launched

Resolution

1. Install the SecureLogin Slomoz extension on ONE workstation by either
     a. launching Firefox before installing or upgrading SecureLogin, OR
     b. Uninstalling and reinstalling SecureLogin 
 
2.  Locate the "Slomoz" folder on that workstation under C:\Program Files\Novell\SecureLogin
 
3. Copy the slomoz folder and its contents to other workstations using Novell Zenworks or a similar product.
 
4. Create a .reg file from the text below and push it out to the desired workstations.  Contents of .reg file:
 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mozilla\Firefox]
 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mozilla\Firefox\Extensions]
"{BC342BE4-9FE8-11D9-9124-000D56391945}"="C:\\Program Files\\Novell\\SecureLogin\\slomoz"

5. User will receive a prompt stating that a third party program is trying to install an add on.  Answer "yes" to this prompt.
