Unable to connect to Mobility Server through ZMM

Default Certificate being used on the Mobility Server

Situation

Devices unable to connect to Mobility Server through ZMM
Devices cannot connect to Mobility Server through ZMM
Devices can connect to Mobility Server without ZMM
"Unable to verify account information" on the Device while connecting through ZMM

Error seen while adding Mobility Server through ZMM:

ERROR:
Testing the Autodiscover service ... failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL https://<mobility-server-address>/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Response Code:404
Testing potential Autodiscover URL https://autodiscover.<mobility-server-address>/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Connection failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL http://autodiscover.<mobility-server-address>/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Connection failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL http://<mobility-server-address>/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Response Code:404
Performing an OPTIONS command ... Connection failed.
Performing a FolderSync command ... Connection failed.

Resolution

Please follow the steps in the TID listed below to create a Self-Signed Certificate for Mobility. Please make sure to pay attention to the 2nd Step while entering the Common Name. The Common Name should match what is mentioned in the ZMM configuration for the ActiveSync Server. If in ZMM Configuration, IP Address is mentioned for the ActiveSync Server, use that IP Address as Common Name. If DNS is mentioned, then use DNS as Common Name
