Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2
Situation
Random managed devices fail to see system update assignment when system update is in the "All Devices" stage. The zSystemUpdateDeviceInfo table shows isApplicable set to 0 for these devices. zman system-update-list-assignments does not show the assignment, but zman system-update-assign does create the assignment correctly.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at http:////support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027
