Certification Report - Certification List

The information displayed in the certification list is dependent on the type of certification you are working with and the configuration of your implementation of Identity IQ. 

The certification lists might contain informational messages or icons for the items displayed. For example all items for which exceptions were allowed are highlighted with an icon and message showing the date on which the exception expires, and all privileged users might display a red "P."

Note: If you are performing an Application Owner certification, only information pertaining to the applications included in the certification is displayed for each identity in the list.

Note: If you are performing a Role Membership certification, only information pertaining to the roles included in the certification is displayed for each identity in the list.

• Worksheet view - for identity-type certifications, all of the individual entitlements, roles, and policy violations that you must act on as part of this certification. By default these items are grouped by the identity with which they are associated.
• Identity List view - for identity-type certifications, all identities that contain roles, entitlements and policy violations that you must act on as part of this certification.
• Account Group List view - for account group certifications, all of the account groups that you must act on before you can sign off on this certification.
• Role Composition List view - for role composition certifications, all of the roles that you must act on before you can sign off on this certification.
