All transactions fails for AS400 connector from Access Governance Suite when the Queue file on connector is full

Resolution

We get the queue file is full error message in the CS log file on AS400 connector in this scenario.

We need to use the CTSQCR option to recreate the queue file to resolve this. Also increasing the queue file size and regularly clearing it would prevent this issue from occurring.
