Situation

Mobility failed to add the following item because: Invalid WordPerfect character -- not a valid charset or character

Unable to send/reply/forward some messages from devices

Resolution

If the version of GroupWise 8 is 8.0.3 HP3 or later, and the error still happens, the resolution will be to upgrade to the currently supported version of GroupWise.
