Situation
Corresponding field for Direct Connect in GroupWise Address Book
Need to use Direct Connect field with GroupWise and Devices connected to DataSync
Resolution
Radio Phone is the corresponding Direct Connect field in GroupWise Address Book. Please follow the steps listed below

Login to GroupWise Client.

Click Address Book.

Right Click on a contact in Personal Address Book and click Details.

Click Advanced.

Make sure "All Contact Properties" is selected in Properties.

Scroll down and search for Radio Phone.

Type in any value in Radio Phone.

This will sync to the Direct Connect field on the Device.
