Creating Appointment While Proxied to an Account No Longer Auto Accepts

In client versions prior to GroupWise 2012, if appointments were created for an account by users proxied into that account, the appointments were auto-accepted.  This sometimes caused issues where the user of the account was unaware that appointments had been scheduled for him/her.


A change has been made to the auto acceptance of appointments while proxied into accounts.  Using a GroupWise 2012 Windows Client, appointments are no longer auto-accepted, but instead, they are listed as appointments in the message list giving the end user the ability to accept or reject them.

Additional changes to this feature are being considered for future releases that may give additional options or defaults to users proxying into a resource account.  If a change is desired, please submit a bug report and reference bug number 758640.
