Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2

Situation

ZRS ERROR:
 
A database error occured.  The database error text
is:  Listener refused the connection with the
following error:
ORA-12505, TNS listener does not currently know of
SID given in connect descriptor
(WIS 10901)
 
 

 

Resolution

Use new connector format for jdbc.  See KB 7010228 at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010228
