Unable to login to GroupWise 2012 WebAccess

Entering the user and password causes GroupWise 2012 WebAccess to come back to the login page
Login page of WebAccess comes back to the Login page without any error message
Unable to login to GroupWise 2012 WebAccess and no error message on the WebAccess Login page


If Web Calendar Publishing Host is incorrect configured in GroupWise 2012 System, it causes this issue and has been reported to engineering. Please disable Web Calendar Publishing Host or correctly configure it by following the steps listed below
  1. Launch ConsoleOne.
  2. Right Click on the Domain or the Post Office and click GroupWise Utilities | Client Options | Environment | Calendar and change Web Calendar Publishing Host to <None>. Click OK and Close
    Click Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Web Calendar Publishing Host and click Edit and set the URL to the correct URL
