Using mail receipt notification on reoccurring appointments, results in additional notifications when one appointment is changed

User enables Mail Notification on appointments, either globally or on selected appointments.
User receives all notifications when appointments were accepted or rejected.
User resends/changes one appointment time.
If receiving user(s) select the accept All Instances of the appointment, the sender will get all new notifications, even for the ones that were not changed.


Accept only the one instance of the appointment changed.
