Environment
Novell GroupWise 2012
Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2
Situation
After upgrading to ZCM 11.2, CASA is no longer storing the credentials for GroupWise.
When using GroupWise in Caching mode and using CASA to store the credentials, GroupWise should not prompt for a password.
Resolution
The Windows registry entry that enables CASA to provide single sign-on convenience for GroupWise users must be reset.
In the Windows registry, browse to the following key:
HKEY_LOCL_MACHINE\\Software\\Novell\\SSO\\CASA
Add the following string of type REG_SZ:
CacheDesktopPassword
Set the value to true.
