Situation

ZCM agent breaks Client Login Extension Version 3.7.1 Patch 4

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
Workaround:
If not using User management, disable / UN-check "User Management" spoke for all the agents, via ZCC | Configuration | ZENworks Agent.

Cause

This is a problem with ZCM user credential provider and Client Login Extension Version 3.7.1 Patch 4
