NSSMU 'update nds' option fails with error -765

Environment

OES 11 running on SLES 11 SP1

Situation

The customer attempts to execute the NSSMU option to "update nds", but it fails with the error message:
"Error -765: Error getting NDS name from pool"



Resolution

This issue is fixed in the November Maintenance patch for OES 11

Cause

There is an existing GUID stored in the NSS pool information.  When we attempt to update nds, we search the database for the existence of this object and it's GUID. When we don't find it an error is returned instead of providing the option to create a new object in eDirectory.
