Environment

NetIQ Identity Manager

Situation

  • Drivers continue to function correctly
  • IDM Drivers displayed in Driver Set Overview as app instead of correct driver; e.g. eDir or SOAP
  • Reading driver information... displayed forever

  • Inspector Page gives error
    • Identity Manager Inspector - Error
    • There are no drivers contained in the driver set "DriverSetName".  The Driver Set Dashboard cannot be used on it

Resolution

Make space available to /var and restart Tomcat:  /etc/init.d/novell-tomcat5 restart

Cause

/var partition was full.
