Images taken without Dell partition fail when restored to device with Dell partition, and vice-versa

Image was taken of device that did not have a Dell utility partition: when restoring to device that does have Dell utility partition, error "Windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer hardware".

Similar errors are seen if the image was taken from a device with a Dell utility partition, and is restored to a device that does not have a Dell utility partition.
