Situation

Customer had an application which had a public resource and a protected resource configured.
Both resources use an identity injection policy.
Now, users get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when accessing the public resource (before authentication), as the MAG sends an empty header.
When the empty header is received on the application side it returns an 500 internal error.
