QuickTasks greyed out unless Modify Right assigned

Refresh and wakeup tasks are greyed out on the device summary page even if the user has Quick Task rights.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Set every Quick task right to allow for a specific workstation folder for a test admin
2. Set any device rights to allow for that folder except Create/Delete, Modify, and Modify Settings.
3. Go to the folder list as that admin and put a check in a device and confirm that a wakeup and a refresh quick task can be performed
   
4. Select that actual device and go to its summary page and see that those options are now greyed out
5. Modify the user's rights so that they have the "Modify" device right to that folder and have them go back to the device and see the options are no longer greyed out.

A fix for this issue is intended to be included in a future update to the product: however, in the interim, Novell has made a Patch available for testing, as part of a Monthly patch update: it can be obtained at https://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=zKIz21tONFg~ as "ZCM 11.2.1 Monthly Update 2 - see TID 7010729". This update should only be applied if the symptoms above are being experienced, and are causing problems.Please report any problems encountered when using this Patch, by using the feedback link on this TID.

Workaround:  If the user has the "Modify" device right, those tasks will be available from the device summary page.
