Situation
Unable to image Dell Latitude E6420atg laptops

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
NOTE: with the fix in place, the NIC for this device will be marked as interface em1 and not eth0. If the imaging environment has scripts that are using eth0, it may be necessary to use the kernel parameter 'biosdevname=0' so that it loads the network interface as eth0 and not em1. (see Additional Notes section below)
For ZCM 11.2.1: A fix for this issue is intended to be included in a future update to the product: however, in the interim, Novell has made a Patch available for testing, as part of "ZENworks 11.2.1 Imaging Driver Update
for August 2012": it can be obtained at https://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=K68sV8Heu0M~ . This update should only be applied if the symptoms above are being experienced, and are causing problems.
