Extended characters are corrupt in Inventory reports exported to CSV file

Situation

Reports that are exported in CSV format, that have extended characters, are corrupted.
Reports that are exported in Excel format are OK

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Cause

The export to CSV was using UTF-8 characters set, but UTF-16LE was necessary
