Situation
When checking Detailed Hardware/Software Inventory on Dell Optiplex 740 Devices, either from Zenworks Configuration Console or from Zenworks Applet on the device itself, the Type , Serial and CPU Speed fields are not populated in inventory scan details, System Information section:

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
Cause
CPU Product Name is found to be 'AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+', which is too long for the subcategory string (maxlength = 25) and the set operation fails without error or exception.
Additional Information
ZAM 7.5 inventory scans for the same device did include these details for the hardware.
