No login prompt after removing CASA during ZCM Agent un-install.

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 Installation - Agent
Novell Client for Windows 2008 r2

Situation

No login prompt after removing the ZCM agent.

The issue happens when both the Novell client and the ZCM agent are installed on the same device, and CASA is removed during the ZCM agent un-install.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
Workarounds:
1. Do not remove CASA with the ZCM agent.
2. Reboot the device in Safe Mode and remove the Novell client and then reboot, login, then reinstall the Novell client.

Additional Information

Removing CASA with the ZCM agent and the Novell client 2.2 for win 2008 r2sp1 is not recommended. By default during the uninstall CASA is to be left on the OS.
