Situation
Users stop receiving emails, calendars and contacts on device
Restarting DataSync causes events to flow again
GroupWise Connector Monitoring shows a lot of events for 1-2 users
Resolution
/var/log/datasync/connector/default.pipeline1.groupwise-AppInterface.log shows the following for user who has high number of events compared to others
2012-08-15 21:26:42.979 ERROR [WORKERS_POOL_Thread-4] [gwuser:682] [userID:kathy] [eventID:] [objectID:] [configureUser] Problem retrieving folder list for user. Exception: xmlParseEntityRef: no name, line 1, column 916
