Location awareness not allowing Satellite Authentication

If a location is created to use a satellite system for authentication exclusively and the check box to Exclude the Closest Server Default Rule is being used, and a Windows Agent is a part of this location.
After a refresh of the device and the satellite is the only authentication source available.
If the device is rebooted, the end user will not be able to login.

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Workaround: configure a Primary ZCM server to that location as an authentication server.
