zac ark fails if duplicate device in ZCC

Situation

If the "zac ark" command is run on a managed device with a normal name (i.e., name = serial #) there are no errors. 

If the "zac ark" command is run on a managed device, when there is a registered device with a duplicate name that contains (name hyphen GUID), and with Dynamic Workstation Rename enabled, zac ark fails every time.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3.4 - see KB 7008244 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
