Resolution

  1. Close the client.
  2. Find a file with the extension *.GWD in the following location 
    Windows XP- C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSER\ApplicationData\Novell\GroupWise
    Windows 7 - C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Novell\GroupWise
  3. Edit the file.
  4. Delete the word that needs to be removed from the dictionary, and save the file.
  5. Restart GroupWise.
