Slow single sign on into .Net applications

Environment

NetIQ SecureLogin
NSL 7.0.3
.Net application configured for single sign on

Situation

Sldotnetsso does not immediately act upon .net applications.
SecureLogin properly acts upon and logs into .net apps, but only after a long delay.
SSO into dot net apps is  very slow.
 
 

Resolution

Download and install the current patch for SecureLogin.  This issue is addressed with NSL7.0.3 HF2.1 or later.
