Situation

Users need to cancel past (failed) LDAP login to open local cache
Users prompted again for network login after network has already failed

If no LDAP server is available when a user attempts to login, the user is returned to the network login prompt, not to the local cache login, and must hit "cancel" on the network login before having the opportunity to login locally.

Resolution

Fixed with NSL7 SP3 HF2 .

With NSL7SP2 HotFix2 or later installed, when no LDAP server is found, SecureLogin will show the error and bring up the offline dialog without the user needing to click "Cancel".
