Users from some Post Offices not able to receive mails on devices

Mobility server configured with Proxy


Editing the user from the GroupWise connector of the DataSync WebAdmin does not show the address books.
The following errors found in the /var/log/datasync/connectors/default.pipeline1.groupwise-AppInterface.log:
ERROR: Failure parsing soap response.  Response string: None; Exception: <urlopen error Tunnel connection failed: 403 Target service not allowed>
ERROR: Could not redirect user! Error: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'soapAddr'
ERROR: Could not redirect user!
ERROR: getUser: No user found by that name (userID) in user cache...
