Situation

Unable to see the attached p7m encrypted file using GroupWise 7 Client on Internet messages
Unable to open p7m encrypted file using GroupWise 7 Client on Internet messages
p7m encrypted files works fine with GroupWise 8 Client
ERROR: "The message could not be decrypted" using GroupWise 7 Client

Resolution

Please download and install the GroupWise 8 Client from https://download.novell.com/patch/finder
