Situation
MTA displays 'unused' when migrated to and node in Linux cluster.
POA displays 'unused' when migrated to and node in Linux cluster.
Secondary IP Address does not appear to be bound when the running 'ip addr' in a terminal session on the new cluster node.
The MTA/POA appear to be migrated to the next node in the cluster in the server messages log.
Monitor is being loaded in a cluster script.

Resolution
Remark out the lines loading Monitor in its script until the MTA/POA are loaded on the node.
