Situation
Configuration :
GroupWise system having multiple post offices spread across LAN and WAN.
Users under post offices connected using a WAN connection are not getting added to Data Synchroniser.
Getting error "User Id not found" in groupwise.log.

Resolution
1) Launch ConsoleOne.
2) Select GroupWise System.
3) Click on Tools / GroupWise System Operations / Trusted Applications.
4) Select the Trusted Application created for Data Synchroniser / Edit / Remove IP Address configured under TCP/IP Address.
5) Click Ok. Then close.
6) Wait for sometime for the settings to synchronise.
7) Now add the users of the remote post office to Data Sychroniser.
