Does ZCM support Kerberos authentication through Novell Client

Situation

Unable to perform ZCM Kerberos authentication when Novell Client is installed on the workstation.

Resolution

When Novell Client is available on a workstation the login is designed to accomodate DLU policy. Therefore Novell Client will try to perform ZCM login first so it can apply the DLU policy, before trying to single sign onto Windows. Kerberos authentication requires that the Windows authentication occurs before ZCM authentication, as it consumes the ticket issued by the Kerberos Authentication Server (AS). Thus, this is working as designed.
