Resolution
Security preferences are not shown when SecureLogin is functioning in a way that is backward compatible with old clients. To change this compatibility the following steps should be used:
1. Click on "Advanced Settings" which is next to "Preferences".
2. Scroll down to the "Database" section and change the “Select Version” setting from 3.5 to 6.0.
3. A warning message will appear as version 3.x clients will have issues if they still exist in the environment.
The security preferences will now be available.
