Cannot install NetIQ Access Manager Appliance when selecting non English language

When installing the Single Box Access Manager (AM_32_AccessManagerAppliance_Linux_SLES11_64.iso) or Access Gateway Appliance (AM_32_AccessGatewayAppliance_Linux_SLES11_64.iso) and selecting a Non English language eg. Spanish at the beginning of the Appliance install, the install will fail with the following error reported:

"Calling the YaST module 'inst_novell-nam-keyboard has failed.
More information can be found near the end of the '/var/log/YaST2/y2log' file."

This is an issue with a missing package that will be fixed with Access Manager 3.2 SP1. To workaround the problem, simply select the 'retry' option on the install screen page reporting the above error and the installation will continue through without issues.
