ZCM agent does not update properly

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11

Situation

Agent is being updated from ZCM 10.3.x to ZCM 11. Error in ZCC shows MissingMethod error for those devices, and in the properties of the Z Icon on the agent, the agent components are not listed.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
