Nightly User Upkeep does not remove the values from the Frequent Contacts
Frequent Contacts does not get updated with the deletion of values from the GroupWise System Address Book
Field do not get cleared even after clearing the fields from ConsoleOne
Admin-Defined Fields can still be seen in GroupWise Client even after deleting the Admin-Defined Field in ConsoleOne

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Create two users - user1 and user2 in ConsoleOne and add them to GroupWise System.
  2. In user1's properties set the Title as Mr and save the changes.
  3. Login as user2 using GroupWise Client.
  4. Click Address Book | Novell GroupWise Address Book.
  5. Make sure user1 has a Title of Mr.
  6. Now Right Click on Frequent Contacts and click Properties.
  7. Click Options and make sure "Auto-saving on" is set and all the check boxes are selected.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Now send a mail to user1.
  10. Make sure that user1 gets populated in Frequent Contacts and it shows the user1's Title as Mr.
  11. Now switch to ConsoleOne and remove the Title from user1's properties.
  12. Switch to user2's GroupWise Client and make sure that the GroupWise System Address Book no longer shows a value for Title for user1
  13. Now wait for the Nightly User Upkeep to run.
  14. Once the Upkeep is completed, user2's Frequent Contacts shows user1 with Title of Mr.
