Sending a document using Mail recipient always shows Times New Roman

Situation


Opening a document using GroupWise recipient will show the default font, But opening the document using Mail recipient shows always "Times New Roman"

Steps to Duplicate
  1. Right click a document |send to GroupWise Recipient. It will show up the default
    Font.
  2. Right click a document |send to Mail recipient. It will always show as
    "Times New Roman"
