Situation

No notifications for Proxy users in GroupWise Client for Windows

Resolution

This should work by upgrading to at least GroupWise 2012 SP3.  At this time, GroupWise 2014 R2 is available and would be recommended as 2012 is out of support

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate
  1. Create 2 test account in Groupwise.
  2. Login as user1 from Groupwise client & give proxy rights to User2.
  3. In notification tab of Security give full rights to User2.
  4. Login as User2 from Groupwise client & Proxy to User1 account.
  5. Send mail to proxy account. Mail is received in Mailbox but there is no notification for mail in Notify.
