Situation

GroupWise IMAP server (POA/GWIA) can corrupt the mime header and message body if the agents are running on a 64-bit Linux operating system.

Resolution

Install the rpm package "glibc-locale-32bit" from YasT or using Zypper and then restart the GroupWise agents on the server.

Cause

Unable to access the needed libraries to build the correct header information

This has been corrected in the installation routine of GroupWise 2012
