Uninstall Microsoft Visual Fox Pro 9 Runtime as GroupWise and Visual Fox Pro 9 Runtime compete for MSXML Libraries
OR
Reinstall MSXML if it is already installed - Browse to Software Distribution Directory\client\win32\ and double click msxml.msi
