Environment

Novell iPrint Client for Windows 
Microsoft Windows 7

Situation

Unable to install a new iPrint printer.
When installing a new printer the user receives an error 5.
Customer update Sophos Endpoint Security and Control to the latest available version (10.0.3).

Resolution

This is an issue with Sophos Endpoint Security and Control and should solved in the version 10.0.4.
