ConsoleOne Fails to Run or Runs Badly after eDirectory Update on Linux Server

Situation

In situations where eDirectory, GroupWise and ConsoleOne are installed on the same Linux server, it is possible that after an upgrade of eDirectory from one Service Pack to a later Service Pack that ConsoleOne fails to run successfully.

Resolution

Reinstall ConsoleOne from the GroupWise Software Distribution Directory.

Cause

ConsoleOne and Edirectory share some of the same libraries and are replaced upon update of the Edirectory software.
