Situation
Throttling set on Linux content satellite configuration is not being used.
Resolution
This issue was not reproduced in ZCM 11 SP1.
Additional Information
A LAN trace on the Linux satellite will show throughput.
A simplistic way to show throughput is to run ifconfig manually on the satellite. Ifconfig output will display RX bytes: which is the number of bytes received. Repeating ifconfig and subtracting RX bytes: from the previous attempt will give you an idea if throttling is honoured.
