Error 1067 starting Tomcat6 on Windows 2003

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2012
Novell GroupWise WebAccess 2012
Novell Tomcat6 on Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Windows 2003

Situation

User's could not access WebAccess.
Tomcat6 would not start.
Tomcat6 was giving error 1067.

Resolution

Reinstalling Java, resolved the issue.

Additional Information

Error 1067 can be a bit generic.  It can indicate a problem with Java/Tomcat configuration, a file, or a path such as the Java Home path, or not having access to a local file.  When Tomcat6 was installed, it MAY have broken the path to the existing Java JRE files, and reinstalling Java resolved the path.
