Policy management is disabled on managed devices after a refresh

On refresh managed devices disable the policy management. The zone settings for policy management are enabled, the settings are also enabled on all folders and on the device.

Manually editing the database and adding entries for the zProdCompDependencies resolved this issue. The source or cause of the corruption in this single case was never found.

The output of a 'zac dzci' command showed that WGPRegistrationModule.dll and Novell.Zenworks.PolicyManager.dll were not present in the folder C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\bin\modules

The files are removed when the refresh runs.

This is caused by missing entries in the database for the table zProdCompDependencies.
