Patch Management DAU scan results are not being processed by ZCM primary servers

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Patch management
Novell ZENworks 11 Patch Management

Situation

The  DAU scan results are not being processed by the Primary Servers
The .state file is created and sent to the primary servers successfully
The .plr file received by the Primary Servers remain in the \Novell\ZENworks\work\collection\patchlink folder
In ZCC, clicking on Devices, Details next to the Servers folder, the Settings tab, Device Management, ZENworks Agent, the Patch Management Module is disabled.

Resolution

Enable the Patch Management module in ZCC by clicking on Devices, Details next to the Servers folder, the Settings tab, Device Management, ZENworks Agent and Override. Then click Enable next to the Patch Management Module. Then refresh the Primary servers
 
Another option is to move the Primary Server objects to another folder that has the Patch Management module enabled and refresh the Primary servers.

Additional Information

When a module is disabled for a Primary Server, it affects the server processing of that module, not just the agent portion on the server.
