Situation
Error on screen during agent install on Mac device:

Resolution
This is cosmetic.
This is an error from a corrupt package which is already installed on the device. Any package install would result in this message as the package metadata itself has some corrupt information. This is not ZENworks-specific and the uninstallation of "somePackage" would make the message disappear. Confirm install files /opt/novell/zenworks/stage/ZENPreAgent.log, to see that this message is logged for every pkg installation.
This is not fatal and should not affect the package installation.
